Vortex BD provides creative marketing, branding, digital marketing, web & mobile development, motion graphics, 3D visualization, and related services. Specific scope, pricing, and deliverables for client engagements are governed by individual contracts or proposals signed between Vortex BD and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of Vortex BD or its content suppliers and is protected by Egyptian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

4. Client Work & Deliverables

For client engagements, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise specified in the engagement contract. Vortex BD retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Payments & Refunds

Project payments are typically structured as 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work-in-progress fees are non-refundable. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of invoice issuance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vortex BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Modifications
